These type of jobs are always challenging trying to get everybody on the same page. What the management company wants versus what the developer is willing to pay for along with the new tenant expectations – on top of that all of them versus the codes that regulate what we actually Can do.
On this project we ended up doing a really cool double stacked water jetted address number on top of a brick wall 7909 this was over top of curved CNC routed metal panels for the tenant names that were black in color with silver pin mounts on the corners. We carried this black and silver theme throughout the entire property even on the interior ADA signage for the elevators,bathrooms etc.
I went on to work with the tenants that occupied this building Nuvu eye care got acrylic panels with aluminum standoffs as well as capstone pediatrics.
