Client : Tyler Inc. Location : California City FL 23059 Area : 1.690 m2 Finished On : September 17, 2014 Remarks : The project was completed under the budget, with the savings returned to the owner.
James is a Brentwood resident that has been in commercial construction his entire life and was going back home to his old family farm land in Sango Tennessee just outside of Clarksville -where they grew Hereford cattle. They must’ve had a lot of cows because they sure can fit a lot of homes. I’m not sure how many hundreds of homes are going in here but they’re all beautiful brick homes starting in the $350,000s.
So this was a little bit of a odd situation because usually the owner of the land is not the actual developer but in James case -that’s exactly what was going on. We worked up the plan for his monument sign which was a combination of CNC routed HDU (hi density urethane) that was to be finished to look like wood grain as well as natural western red cedar post structure finished in black with Tennessee gray limestone base.
It was a real pleasure working with such an outstanding gentleman as James on his family farm.
