I worked with the owner of 321 on this job -Mister Mohammad ‘’MO’’ Rahimi.
This was the third expansion location for 321 Drive. 800 Gallatin Pike North was a much larger facility than they have previously operated out of, it was the location of the now closed Pontiac GMC dealer.  It was really refreshing working with a client that understood the power of ‘’brand identity’’.

Remarks : The project was completed under the budget, with the savings returned to the owner.

That ‘’identity’’ began with the Custom fabricated aluminum architectural façade, we LED backlit the façade that was spaced off of the building facia by 12 inches. We custom-made brackets to attach to the parapet wall To support the 26 feet long by 4 feet tall sign cabinet, Along with the aluminum slats. We also covered some of the brick at ground level using black ACM (aluminum composite panels)to completely transform the look of this structure.
I believe we finished this job just before Christmas in 2018, currently we are in discussions on expanding this plan to the other locations in 2020.

The building was very dated and in fairly bad disrepair.

Trying to hide the existing building was Goal #1, Goal #2 Was to create a brand image that could be carried out not only now but on the other two existing locations in future expansion efforts.
